Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship only within Canada and the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside these regions.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over CAD $129 (for Canadian customers) or USD $99 (for U.S. customers).
This offer applies to all destinations across Canada and the United States, including Hawaii.

Shipping Rates
For orders below the free-shipping threshold, a flat shipping fee will apply:

• CAD $8 for deliveries within Canada

• USD $7.25 for deliveries within the United States (including Hawaii)

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Within Canada: 3–5 business days after dispatch

• United States (including Hawaii): 4–8 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from our system via email providing you with a tracking number.

Unexpected delays?
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays, such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control.
