Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, FINE LUMENS accepts returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

Your return or exchange request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

The item is unused and in its original condition.

All tags, packaging, and accessories are returned intact.
Please note: Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
FINE LUMENS reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions. Any ineligible items will be returned to the sender without refund. To avoid this, please contact us at info@finelumens.com before sending your return.
Return Shipping
We offer free returns. A prepaid return shipping label will be generated and provided to you—no need to arrange return shipping on your own.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@finelumens.com for assistance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Order Cancellation & Modifications
Orders can be cancelled or modified before shipment is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

How to Return or Exchange

Email info@finelumens.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Ship your return within 7 days of receiving the RA number.

For exchanges, your replacement item will be dispatched within 5 business days after the original item is received and inspected.
